Director Office Lifeline

Denis is Director and co-founder of Office Lifeline. He is responsible for business development and marketing and provides technical support to his business partner and her team of Virtual Assistants, as well as clients.


Denis has a degree in Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He is now also a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants.

Having held senior management positions in IBM and Marconi, he moved into the public sector where he ran a business support programme. He subsequently setup Viretec Consulting in 2004, and went on to establish two further companies: Office Lifeline in 2006 and Virtual HQ Solutions in 2008. As well as running Office Lifeline, he is still involved in e-business transformation and IT-enabled change projects within the public sector and the business and professional services sectors.

Denis is committed to exploiting the potential of the internet and how it can be used to change business model and working practices in all aspects of business. He is a family man, with two teenage children and a passion for tennis, golf and motorcycling adventures
