Graduate in Physics Cybernetics of the University of Milan. He worked at Laboratory of Astrophysics of CNR to the automatic recognition of gamma ray events from satellites, then to the office of President of the Lombardy Region for decision support, analysis of the territory by satellite and analysis and implementing of health information system.

• developing ERP systems for small and middle companies and software to large lawyers offices.

Currently he holds the copyright of software packages, he is a consultant for the Lombardy Region, advisor of NORMAPME, he is a expert of CEN/ISSS ICT e-Skills Work-Shop (European Committee for Standardization), he is National Vice President of the Communication Union of CNA and he is the CNA national coordinator of ICT, he is member the National Presidency of UniProf and he represents CNA in PIN-SME (European network of associations ICT).
